"Stranger Things" is a famous science-fiction television show created by Matt and Ross Duffer. The story takes place in a small  deeperhitsauditionsbravemechanicalvintagehundredsfictional town called Hawkins during the 1980s. However, the original idea was very different! The show was first named Montauk, and the story was set in a real town in New York. Later, the creators changed the title and moved the location to Indiana.
Finding the right actors was a huge task for the directors. They tested almost 1,000 children for the main roles. Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, had to cut her long hair very short for the role. The show uses digital computer effects, but the famous Demogorgon monster was actually real! Filming was not always easy because the young actors grew up very fast. For example, Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin, changed so quickly that his voice became  vintagemechanicaldeeperhitsauditionsfictionalhundredsbrave before filming finished, so he could not record extra audio lines!
