In the past times, students were required to wear school uniforms in all types of institutions. Nowadays, school uniforms are being  punctualityelementarybullyingrather thanthinkingjumpedadoptedrestricton the one hand by US public schools in increasing numbers.

Among the US cities with the highest use of school uniforms in public schools are Philadelphia (100% of schools), New Orleans (95%), Cleveland (85%), Chicago (80%), Boston (65%), and Miami (60 %). The number of schools with “strict dress codes” has also increased, from 47 % in 2000 to 57 % in 2010.

Wearing uniforms at school does not stop  elementarypunctualitythinkingrestrictbullyingjumpedadoptedon the one handrather than and even may increase violent attacks. Even some of the parents consider that they are free to choose their children’s clothes without being forced to buy school uniforms, as this is driven by commercial interests  punctualityelementaryrestricton the one handadoptedthinkingrather thanjumpedbullying educational ones.
