Solution: Take career aptitude tests, speak to a career counselor, and narrow down choices by filtering them through your core values and interests.

Solution: Have open conversations about your passions and present a well-researched, realistic plan for your chosen field to build their confidence in your choice.
Fear of making the "wrong" choice or failing.
Solution: Remember that career paths are rarely linear. As the text in Exercise 4 highlights, skills are transferable, and changing direction later in life is completely normal and acceptable.
Financial constraints or the high cost of required education.
Solution: Look into alternative pathways such as community colleges, vocational schools, or online certification programs that are more affordable. Additionally, actively research and apply for grants, employer-sponsored tuition programs, or specialized scholarships
Lack of real-world experience or not knowing what the job is actually like day-to-day.
Solution: Seek out internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer opportunities in your field of interest. You can also conduct informational interviews with professionals currently working in that industry or shadow them for a day to get a realistic look at the profession before committing.
