1. Find the "Boss" (The Subject)
2. Find the Action (The Verb)
3. Spot the Question Words
4. Group "Glue" Words
Help them see words that naturally stick together:
Adverbs of frequency: "Usually" or "Always" usually go before the main verb or after the "be" verb (e.g., "Summers are usually...").
Articles/Prepositions: "In London," "An umbrella," "The weather."
